· Ict and Computing teacher
· Deliver Ict lessons to key stage 3, 4 and 5
· Deliver computing lessons to key stage 5
3. Do you need any leadership skills within your job?
Leadership skills are found within the classroom and also as year 7 football manager this requires leadership.
4. Do you pick your own hours within work? What hours do you work?
My contract requires me to work between 8:30- 3:30
5. How do you solve problems within your company?
Co0ntact my director of learning (Mr Southworth) or my line manager (Mrs Edmunds) or if bigger problem occurs I can contact union rep (Mr Whybrow).
6. How is your attendance recorded within the company? If your attendance slips what might happen?
I currently have 100% attendance and do not intend on letting it slip.
7. How do you keep yourself motivated within your company?
Setting small, realistic and measurable targets that I can achieve and monitor on a weekly basis.
8. Do you work independently within your company or are you part of a group?
ICT Department
9. How do you manage your time within working hours?
Prioritise tasks in order of importance e.g. most important done first.
10. Are you respected within you company by fellow colleagues?
Yes
11. What is the preferred communication used within your company and what is your preferred choice of communication?
Within department it is verbal (face to face) but company is email which is effective.
12. Can you be relied on to do big jobs for the company you work for? If so what jobs?
Yes- achieve high and expected target grades for students.
13. Before doing jobs do you plan how you are going to structure and do the job?
Majority yes
